I help people find a place for AI
in their work and everyday lives.

A little about me.

Harsha Kotcherlakota

I’m Harsha. I have more than a decade of combined experience across hardware operations, data centers, and artificial intelligence.

I lead technical teams, improve processes, and help people understand the systems they depend on. Through practical training and documentation, I help people learn the tools and build the confidence to use them.

I love helping people find practical uses for AI and turn their ideas into things they can do, especially beyond coding.

I’m interested in AI enablement, project leadership, and operations, and I’m open to full-time roles and contract work.

Outside of work, I love tinkering with mechanical keyboards, forever chasing the most efficient factory in Satisfactory, and spending lots of time keeping my recklessly brave puppy, Pixel, from finding new and creative ways to get himself killed.
